KMC300/KPC400 Series는 MFC( KMC300 ) & CDG ( KPC400 )등 에 

기기에 유량, 진공, 압력치를 수치로 표시하고 전원을 공급하고 

입출력 신호를 제어하는 Controller입니다.

-SCCM, SLM, %, Torr, Pa단위를 선택하여 사용 할 수 있습니다.

-SV, PV치를 다른 컬러로 사용하여 기분을 쉽게 하였습니다.

-0, -5V 제어, 전송 출력이 장착 되어 있습니다. ( KMC300 Type )

-0, -10V전송 출력이 장착되어 있습니다. ( KPC400 Type)
